Ranks grow at AZ TechCelerator in Surprise

Catalyst Business Development and Rigid Wall Designs Inc. are joining the AZ TechCelerator in Surprise, bringing the number of startups housed to 10.
Catalyst, which offers business integration software and services, will occupy 1,166 square feet, at the TechCelerator, which opened last summer. Rigid Wall Designs Inc., a sustainability focused materials engineering company for the construction industry, will occupy 277 square feet.
“These two amazing companies will be right at home alongside the other eight innovative firms operating at the AZ TechCelerator,” says AZ TechCelerator Manager Jeanine Jerkovic. “All of the companies have great business plans and with our help, their success will mean more jobs for Surprise.”
Officials say they are close to signing a couple other companies as well. Tenants pay a monthly fee to cover the cost of common areas and landscaping.
