Carlisle Interconnect buys Arizona aerospace manufacturer Jerrick Inc.

Carlisle Cos. Inc. has acquired Jerrik Inc., a designer and manufacturer of military and aerospace filter connectors.
Jerrik, based in Tempe, has annual sales of $20 million. It will operate as a part of Carlisle Interconnect Technologies.
“Jerrik will enhance our presence on mission-critical military programs and strengthen our leading range of high-end interconnect solutions,” said David Roberts, Carlisle chief executive. “Jerrik is a solid financial performer and provides us an excellent foundation for new product development.”
Financial terms of the acquisition weren’t disclosed.
Charlotte-based Carlisle (NYSE:CSL) is a global manufacturer serving industries such as commercial roofing, construction materials, specialty tires, power transmission and aerospace.
