Axway Moves Global Headquarters to Phoenix to Continue Company Growth

Relocation of $230M Software Company Expands the City of Phoenix’s Technology Community

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--In response to company growth, Axway, a provider of collaborative business solutions, is relocating its corporate headquarters to Phoenix, Ariz. from its neighboring city of Scottsdale. Working closely with the City of Phoenix Economic Development Program, Axway has relocated to a new Miller Global Property at Mayo Boulevard and Scottsdale Road, giving the company a distinctive location at which to welcome customers, partners and investors.

Axway employs 1,650 people in 20 countries worldwide, and posted revenues of nearly $230 million in 2008. Over 11,000 organizations in more than 100 countries use Axway’s software and services.

“We see significant expansion opportunity for Axway in Phoenix,” said Patrick Donovan, North American CFO, Axway. “We currently have 150 employees in Arizona, and our growth plans include five to ten new positions this year and another 40-50 over the next two to three years.”

Since 2006, Axway CEO Christophe Fabre and several other senior executives moved to Arizona to establish the global corporate headquarters in Scottsdale. Axway’s continued growth prompted the Company to look for more office space in Arizona.
